This coaching is for women, by women.

My coaching style is for a woman who:

is struggling with marriage, the threat of divorce, or an unwanted separation
wants to revitalize and bring that early dating joy back into her relationship

Coaching is NOT counseling! In coaching, we:

Share what has worked in our marriage
Are an open book in our own struggles
Let you choose the main problem in each session, and focus on fixing it now and going forward
If there's curiousity around the past, we can always dig into it
Offer an action item that you can leave the session with
